Gateway Crossing

Gateway Crossing is a four-building office park strategically located on the corner of Gateway Boulevard and East Grand Avenue. The campus is steps away from the South San Francisco Caltrain station, which provides tenants with easy access to public transportation. In 2018, Healthpeak commenced a project-wide redevelopment of the campus to allow for building multi-tenancy, as well as updates to common areas and outdoor landscape to create a unified and modern campus feel.

The Towers at Sierra Point

The Towers at Sierra Point is a Class A office and R&D campus prominently located along Sierra Point Parkway, adjacent to Healthpeak’s The Shore campus. Acquired in 2019, the campus features breathtaking bay and city views, highway visibility, several outdoor amenities, a fitness facility, an on-site cafe, and a shuttle to public transportation. The 16-acre site also provides Healthpeak with future development opportunities through site densification.

The Shore at Sierra Point

The Shore at Sierra Point is a 23-acre waterfront site with a world-class campus design, offering state-of-the-art laboratory and office space. The property is a Class A campus comprising five buildings ranging between 105,000 sq. ft. and 135,000 sq. ft. The project features a 15,000 sq. ft. premier amenity space with a full-service restaurant and bar, a 5,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art fitness center, a nine-hole putting green, and a multi-sport court.

The Cove at Oyster Point

Located at the epicenter of the life science and technology industries, The Cove at Oyster Point is a 20-acre Class A waterfront campus consisting of seven buildings totaling 1 million sq. ft. The Cove’s mix of uses and world-class amenities, such as an upscale AC Hotel, Foundry & Lux Restaurant and Bar, state-of-the-art fitness center, and 20,000 sq. ft. of retail space, have set a new standard for Bay Area work environments.

Vantage

Located on the corner of Forbes Boulevard and Allerton in the heart of South San Francisco, the first phase of Vantage consists of two purpose-built lab buildings, in addition to a world-class 40,000 sq. ft. amenity center complemented by ample outdoor meeting and community space. The campus also offers tenants direct access to the recently completed Rails to Trail pathway, which provides a direct pedestrian connection to downtown South San Francisco’s restaurant and retail corridor, and the South San Francisco Caltrain station.

Sorrento Summit

Sorrento Summit is a 15-acre campus with commanding hilltop positioning, ideally situated to enjoy breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and suburban San Diego. The property’s campus-wide modernization program included a robust exterior refurbishment and a new 28K sq. ft. cutting-edge amenities building.

Sorrento Highlands

Sorrento Highlands (also known as Scripps Wateridge) consists of two buildings on the western side of the Sorrento Mesa submarket. Healthpeak revitalized the campus with exterior upgrades, outdoor amenities, and landscaping enhancements, ultimately converting the office buildings to lab use.
