Sorrento Gateway

Sorrento Gateway (also known as Directors Place) is a three-building campus that can accommodate a wide variety of life science uses. The complex boasts excellent I-805 freeway visibility and signage, and features a brand new on-site indoor/outdoor fitness center with shower and locker facilities. The property will undergo a renovation during 2024 – 2025 updating tenant suites as well as interior/exterior common areas.

Seaport Center

Seaport Center is a 15-building bayfront campus with a mix of research and development, lab, and office buildings. The campus features expansive bay views, on-site cafe, fitness center, timely Caltrain shuttle bus transportation, and close proximity to walking and hiking trails. The campus is centrally located on the peninsula with easy access to Hwy. 101.

Point Grand

Point Grand is a 11-building campus centrally located in the heart of South San Francisco on the East Grand Avenue corridor. The campus is located blocks away from the South San Francisco Caltrain station, which provides tenants convenient access to public transportation. The property is currently undergoing a major redevelopment and offers potential future densification opportunities.

Modular Labs

Modular Labs (BML) I & II consist of two multi-story buildings adjacent to Healthpeak’s Point Grand development. BML provides the option to subdivide to accommodate a pipeline of early stage clients with future expansion into larger suites or buildings. BML II has the ability to be configured for single- or multi-tenant use.

Point Eden

Point Eden is located directly off the San Mateo Bridge (Hwy. 92), providing easy and direct access for East Bay and San Francisco Peninsula employees. On-campus amenities include a cafe and fitness center frequented by tenants.

Soledad Campus

Healthpeak’s Soledad campus is located within the lab micro cluster on Nancy Ridge Drive in Sorrento Mesa. Now fully leased to Cibus, the two-building campus underwent a major renovation in 2012, including shell exterior upgrades, new landscaping, and building amenities like a fitness center, bocce ball court, and outdoor seating.

Edgewater Science Park

Edgewater Science Park is a six building waterfront campus with a versatile configuration of suites ranging between 2,000 and 35,000 sq. ft. to accommodate tenants of all sizes and stages with potential of future expansion into larger Healthpeak campuses. The project is well positioned to accommodate a variety of uses including office, chemistry, biology, and R&D. Building amenities include on-site cafe, as well as access to walking and hiking trails on the San Francisco Bay Trail.

Eccles Avenue

561/571 Eccles consists of two centrally located buildings in South San Francisco featuring expansive hilltop views of the city and San Francisco Bay. In 2015, the 30,000 sq. ft. 561 Eccles building underwent a complete redevelopment that included a new façade, additional windows, complete mechanical replacements, and interior updates.

Portside

Portside is a 10-building bayfront campus totaling approximately 962,000 sq. ft. Tenants enjoy a prime location on Oyster Point Boulevard with convenient access to Hwy 101, walking and hiking trails on the bay, and numerous dining and entertainment amenities at The Cove. A hardscape refresh and amenity project is underway, adding a conference room and fitness center.
