Gateway Crossing is a ten-building campus prominently situated at the intersection of Gateway Boulevard and East Grand Avenue. Just steps from the South San Francisco Caltrain station, the location offers convenient access to public transportation for tenants. Originally a four-building campus, Healthpeak expanded the campus in early 2026. Today, the campus features seven laboratory buildings, three office buildings, and an amenity center — Timber + Tide — which serves as both a restaurant and conferencing space.
