Pacific Corporate Park

In the heart of the Sorrento submarket, Pacific Corporate Park comprises two buildings with flexible space options. Centrally located near top tech, life science, and professional talent, the park offers refreshed lobbies and a convenient location.

Soledad Campus

Healthpeak’s Soledad campus is located within the lab micro cluster on Nancy Ridge Drive in Sorrento Mesa. Now fully leased to Cibus, the two-building campus underwent a major renovation in 2012, including shell exterior upgrades, new landscaping, and building amenities like a fitness center, bocce ball court, and outdoor seating.

Gateway Crossing

Gateway Crossing is a four-building office park strategically located on the corner of Gateway Boulevard and East Grand Avenue. The campus is steps away from the South San Francisco Caltrain station, which provides tenants with easy access to public transportation. In 2018, Healthpeak commenced a project-wide redevelopment of the campus to allow for building multi-tenancy, as well as updates to common areas and outdoor landscape to create a unified and modern campus feel. Sorrento Gateway

Directors Science Park (formerly known as Sorrento Gateway or Directors Place) is a four-building campus designed to accommodate a wide range of life science uses. The complex offers excellent I-805 freeway visibility and signage, plus a new indoor/outdoor fitness center with shower and locker facilities. The campus’s flagship building, Gateway, sits atop a mesa and this Class-A lab building features a cutting-edge facade, expansive views, and standout freeway visibility. Onsite amenities include a fitness center, new conferencing facilities, and Atla Cafe, a restaurant serving both tenants and the public.

Eccles Avenue

561/571 Eccles consists of two centrally located buildings in South San Francisco featuring expansive hilltop views of the city and San Francisco Bay. In 2015, the 30,000 sq. ft. 561 Eccles building underwent a complete redevelopment that included a new façade, additional windows, complete mechanical replacements, and interior updates. Edgewater Science Park is a six building waterfront campus with a versatile configuration of suites ranging between 2,000 and 35,000 sq. ft. to accommodate tenants of all sizes and stages with potential of future expansion into larger Healthpeak campuses.
