Soledad Campus

Healthpeak’s Soledad campus is located within the lab micro cluster on Nancy Ridge Drive in Sorrento Mesa. Now fully leased to Cibus, the two-building campus underwent a major renovation in 2012, including shell exterior upgrades, new landscaping, and building amenities like a fitness center, bocce ball court, and outdoor seating.

Seaport Center

Seaport Center is a 15-building bayfront campus with a mix of research and development, lab, and office buildings. The campus features expansive bay views, on-site cafe, fitness center, timely Caltrain shuttle bus transportation, and close proximity to walking and hiking trails. The Post

Located just off Route 128 in Waltham, MA, and just one mile from Healthpeak’s Hayden Research Center, The Post is a converted former postal service sorting facility reimagined as a Class A, LEED certified life science and innovation campus. With an expansive physical footprint and superior build quality, The Post features a state-of-the-art amenity center with a craft food hall and a sprawling fitness facility including a half-court basketball court and golf simulator. The large floorplates and high ceiling heights allow for long-term flexibility for uses within the campus, including creative office and lab manufacturing.

The Shore at Sierra Point

The Shore at Sierra Point is a 23-acre waterfront site with a world-class campus design, offering state-of-the-art laboratory and office space. The property is a Class A campus comprising five buildings ranging between 105,000 sq. ft. and 135,000 sq. ft. The project features a 15,000 sq. ft. premier amenity space with a full-service restaurant and bar, a 5,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art fitness center, a nine-hole putting green, and a multi-sport court. Vantage

Located on the corner of Forbes Boulevard and Allerton in the heart of South San Francisco, the first phase of Vantage consists of two purpose-built lab buildings, in addition to a world-class 40,000 sq. ft. amenity center complemented by ample outdoor meeting and community space. The campus also offers tenants direct access to the recently completed Rails to Trail pathway, which provides a direct pedestrian connection to downtown South San Francisco’s restaurant and retail corridor, and the South San Francisco Caltrain station. Portside

Portside is a 10-building bayfront campus totaling approximately 962,000 sq. ft. Tenants enjoy a prime location on Oyster Point Boulevard with convenient access to Hwy 101, walking and hiking trails on the bay, and numerous dining and entertainment amenities at The Cove. Sorrento Summit

Sorrento Summit is a 15-acre campus with commanding hilltop positioning, ideally situated to enjoy breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and suburban San Diego. The property’s campus-wide modernization program included a robust exterior refurbishment and a new 28K sq. ft. cutting-edge amenities building.

Sorrento Highlands

Sorrento Highlands (also known as Scripps Wateridge) consists of two buildings on the western side of the Sorrento Mesa submarket. Healthpeak revitalized the campus with exterior upgrades, outdoor amenities, and landscaping enhancements, ultimately converting the office buildings to lab use.

Point Eden
