561/571 Eccles consists of two centrally located buildings in South San Francisco featuring expansive hilltop views of the city and San Francisco Bay. In 2018, Healthpeak commenced a project-wide redevelopment of the campus to allow for building multi-tenancy, as well as updates to common areas and outdoor landscape to create a unified and modern campus feel.
Sorrento Gateway
Sorrento Gateway (also known as Directors Place) is a three-building campus that can accommodate a wide variety of life science uses. The complex boasts excellent I-805 freeway visibility and signage, and features a brand new on-site indoor/outdoor fitness center with shower and locker facilities. The property will undergo a renovation during 2024 – 2025 updating tenant suites as well as interior/exterior common areas.
Torrey Pines Science Center
The four-building Torrey Pines Science Center campus includes 3595 John Hopkins Court and 10410, 10450, and 10355 Science Center Drive. The buildings are located in the heart of the renowned Torrey Pines market and are easily accessible from I-5.
The Towers at Sierra Point
The Towers at Sierra Point is a Class A office and R&D campus prominently located along Sierra Point Parkway, adjacent to Healthpeak’s The Shore campus. Acquired in 2019, the campus features breathtaking bay and city views, highway visibility, several outdoor amenities, a fitness facility, an on-site cafe, and a shuttle to public transportation. The 16-acre site also provides Healthpeak with future development opportunities through site densification.
The Shore at Sierra Point
The Shore at Sierra Point is a 23-acre waterfront site with a world-class campus design, offering state-of-the-art laboratory and office space. The property is a Class A campus comprising five buildings ranging between 105,000 sq. ft. and 135,000 sq. ft. The project features a 15,000 sq. ft. premier amenity space with a full-service restaurant and bar, a 5,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art fitness center, a nine-hole putting green, and a multi-sport court.
The Post
Located just off Route 128 in Waltham, MA, and just one mile from Healthpeak’s Hayden Research Center, The Post is a converted former postal service sorting facility reimagined as a Class A, LEED certified life science and innovation campus. With an expansive physical footprint and superior build quality, The Post features a state-of-the-art amenity center with a craft food hall and a sprawling fitness facility including a half-court basketball court and golf simulator. Hayden Research Campus
Hayden Research Center is centrally located in the heart of Lexington just off Route 2 and Route 128 and just five miles from West Cambridge. It is designed to accommodate a diversified tenant base of varying sizes, uses, and stages. Two buildings recently underwent comprehensive repositioning to improve the site’s layout, multi-tenant capabilities, and upgrades to base building systems. The campus features first-class amenities, including a full-service café, an on-site fitness center with showers, bike storage, and direct access to the Hayden Woods Conservation Area Trail. The new development opened in 2021.
Cambridge Discovery Park
Cambridge Discovery Park is a Class A lab and research campus located in West Cambridge within walking distance of the Alewife MBTA station. The expansive campus is part of a 27-acre master planned development that offers a campus feel in an academic-like setting with four lab and R&D buildings and two structured parking garages. The campus features beautiful landscaping with outdoor amenities and trails, a full-service cafeteria, a fitness center, and a boutique AC Hotel by Marriott.
