Sorrento Gateway
Sorrento Gateway (also known as Directors Place) is a three-building campus that can accommodate a wide variety of life science uses. The complex boasts excellent I-805 freeway visibility and signage, and features a brand new on-site indoor/outdoor fitness center with shower and locker facilities. The property will undergo a renovation during 2024 – 2025 updating tenant suites as well as interior/exterior common areas.
Gateway Crossing
Gateway Crossing is a four-building office park strategically located on the corner of Gateway Boulevard and East Grand Avenue. The campus is steps away from the South San Francisco Caltrain station, which provides tenants with easy access to public transportation.
