Sorrento Gateway
Sorrento Gateway (also known as Directors Place) is a three-building campus that can accommodate a wide variety of life science uses. The complex boasts excellent I-805 freeway visibility and signage, and features a brand new on-site indoor/outdoor fitness center with shower and locker facilities. The property will undergo a renovation during 2024 – 2025 updating tenant suites as well as interior/exterior common areas.
Gateway Crossing
Gateway Crossing is a four-building office park strategically located on the corner of Gateway Boulevard and East Grand Avenue.
