Lisa A. Alonso
Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer
Lisa Alonso has been our Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer since January 2020. In this role, she leads the Company’s Employee Engagement, Talent Management, Benefits and Total Rewards, Employee Relations, and Culture Development functions.
Ms. Alonso joined Healthpeak in 2014 and has previously served as Manager, Director, Vice President, and Senior Vice President.
Before joining Healthpeak, Ms. Alonso was the Director of Human Resources/HR Business Partner at The Irvine Company’s Resort at Pelican Hill from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, she served as Vice President of Human Resources and Director of Recruiting and Training at California First National Bancorp (NASDAQ: CFNB) from 2003 to 2013. Ms. Alonso received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Ethnic Studies from the University of California, San Diego, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. She also earned a Human Resources Management Certification from the University of California, Irvine, and holds Certifications from the Society of Human Resource Management and the Human Resources Certification Institute.
