This transit-oriented campus is conveniently located adjacent to the well-trafficked Alewife MBTA transit station — one of the busiest stations connecting suburban commuters to Greater Boston — and approximately 5 miles from Healthpeak’s Hayden Research Center.

4 Hartwell Place: Hartwell Innovation Campus
The Hartwell Innovation Campus offers tenants an energized and amenitized campus environment. Building 200: Cambridge Discovery Park
Cambridge Discovery Park is a Class A lab and research campus located in West Cambridge within walking distance of the Alewife MBTA station. The expansive campus is part of a 27-acre master planned development that offers a campus feel in an academic-like setting with four lab and R&D buildings and two structured parking garages. The campus features beautiful landscaping with outdoor amenities and trails, a full-service cafeteria, a fitness center, and a boutique AC Hotel by Marriott. 45-55 Hayden Ave: Hayden Research Campus
Hayden Research Center is centrally located in the heart of Lexington just off Route 2 and Route 128 and just five miles from West Cambridge. It is designed to accommodate a diversified tenant base of varying sizes, uses, and stages. Two buildings recently underwent comprehensive repositioning to improve the site’s layout, multi-tenant capabilities, and upgrades to base building systems.
