Healthpeak’s Cambridge Park Drive campus consists of three buildings, including 35 Cambridge Park Drive, 87 Cambridge Park Drive, and 101 Cambridge Park Drive. 87 CambridgePark Drive is a two-story laboratory facility located on the highly amenitized main street of Boston’s West Cambridge Alewife submarket where Healthpeak desires to grow. This transit-oriented campus is conveniently located adjacent to the well-trafficked Alewife MBTA transit station — one of the busiest stations connecting suburban commuters to Greater Boston — and approximately 5 miles from Healthpeak’s Hayden Research Center.

Edgewater Science Park
Edgewater Science Park is a six building waterfront campus with a versatile configuration of suites ranging between 2,000 and 35,000 sq. ft. to accommodate tenants of all sizes and stages with potential of future expansion into larger Healthpeak campuses. The project is well positioned to accommodate a variety of uses including office, chemistry, biology, and R&D. Building amenities include on-site cafe, as well as access to walking and hiking trails on the San Francisco Bay Trail.
Eccles Avenue
561/571 Eccles consists of two centrally located buildings in South San Francisco featuring expansive hilltop views of the city and San Francisco Bay. In 2015, the 30,000 sq. ft. 561 Eccles building underwent a complete redevelopment that included a new façade, additional windows, complete mechanical replacements, and interior updates.
Portside
Portside is a 10-building bayfront campus totaling approximately 962,000 sq. ft. Tenants enjoy a prime location on Oyster Point Boulevard with convenient access to Hwy 101, walking and hiking trails on the bay, and numerous dining and entertainment amenities at The Cove. A hardscape refresh and amenity project is underway, adding a conference room and fitness center.
University Towne Center
University Center East and West consists of two buildings on both sides of Judicial Drive in the heart of the UTC submarket, conveniently located within walking distance of Westfield UTC Mall, multiple hotels, and many dining options.
Torrey Pines Science Center
The four-building Torrey Pines Science Center campus includes 3595 John Hopkins Court and 10410, 10450, and 10355 Science Center Drive. The buildings are located in the heart of the renowned Torrey Pines market and are easily accessible from I-5.
TOPA Fort Worth: Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Campus
TOPA Fort Worth (also known as the Henderson Medical Tower) is a Class-A four-story outpatient medical building located in the Fort Worth Medical District, just north of Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth.
Avondale Outpatient Medical Facility
Located on the Avondale Health-Tech Corridor, this Class-A medical building has an on-site outpatient surgical center, imaging, and lab services on-site. It is strategically located between two growing hospitals – Banner Estrella Medical Center and Abrazo West Campus.
Baylor Scott & White Charles A. Sammons Cancer Center
The Baylor Charles A. Sammons Cancer Center is a ten-story outpatient facility consisting on the Baylor Hospital Campus in downtown Dallas. The building is connected via sky-bridge “The Bridge of Hope” to the T. Boone Pickens Cancer Hospital. Baylor Scott & White Charles A. Sammons Cancer Center treats a high volume of patients with many types of cancer, making it a destination center of excellence, especially for high-risk or complex cases.
