Modular Labs

Britannia Modular Labs (BML) I & II consist of two multi-story buildings on East Grand Avenue, adjacent to Healthpeak's Pointe Grand campus. BML I is approximately 67,000 square feet with the ability to subdivide into 5K-35K square foot spaces to accommodate a pipeline of early stage clients with future expansion into larger suites/buildings. BML II consists of approximately 63,000 square feet with the ability to be configured for single or multi-tenant use. Britannia Modular Labs IV is an example of a conversion of two former industrial buildings repurposed to create a three-building lab campus on East Grand Avenue. The project is well positioned to accommodate a variety of uses including office, chemistry, biology, and R&D.
