Hayden Research Campus

The 615,000 square foot Hayden Research Center is centrally located in the heart of Lexington ( just off Route 2 and Route 128, and just 5 miles from West Cambridge), and is designed to accommodate a diversified tenant base of varying sizes, uses, and stages. The two older buildings recently underwent comprehensive repositioning that included improvements to building layout and multi-tenant capabilities, along with upgrades to base building systems. The campus features first class amenities including a full-service café, on-site fitness, bike storage and showers, and direct access to the Hayden Woods Conservation Area Trail.
