Scott R. Bohn

Mr. Bohn is our Chief Development Officer and Head of Lab. From October 2022 to February 2024, he served as Chief Development Officer and Co-Head of Lab and from January 2022 to October 2022, he served as Executive Vice President – Co-Head of Life Science. Prior to that, Mr. Bohn served as Senior Vice President – Co-Head of Life Science from 2019 to 2021, Vice President – Life Science Estates from 2014 to 2019 and Director – Life Science Estates from 2012 to 2014. Prior to joining Healthpeak, he held various development, acquisition and leasing positions at Terreno Realty Corporation (NYSE: TRNO), AMB Property Corporation (now Prologis – NYSE: PLD), and RREEF/Deutsche Bank. Mr. Bohn received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
