Pamela J. Kessler

Ms. Kessler is Co-Chief Executive Officer, Co-President and Corporate Secretary of LTC Properties, Inc. (NYSE: LTC). She has been a member of the senior management team of LTC since 2000, having previously served as Chief Financial Officer from 2010 to 2024 and Executive Vice President from 2007 to 2020. Ms. Kessler served as the Corporate Controller of The Ezralow Company, a privately held commercial and multifamily real estate developer, from 1997 to 2000. She was also the Director of Financial Reporting for Irvine Apartment Communities (formerly NYSE: IAC), a then-publicly traded multifamily REIT, from 1994 to 1997, and Assistant Controller of the Inland Empire division of KB Home from 1992 to 1994. Ms. Kessler began her career as a certified public accountant in the real estate group at Ernst & Young LLP from 1989 to 1992. She also serves on the board of directors of the Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Foundation. Ms. Kessler was a Trustee at Physicians Realty Trust (formerly NYSE: DOC), from 2018 until its merger with Healthpeak in 2024.
