Coconut Milk Yogurt
Treat yourself to tastier and less expensive coconut milk yogurt by making it yourself. Homemade coconut milk yogurt doesn't have the added fillers and preservatives of store bought yogurt. Each batch gets thicker – can use one culture about 6 times.

- 4 cans organic coconut milk (Thai brand or equivalent)
- ½ tsp. Yo-Life yogurt starter
- Heat coconut milk to 115 deg. F.
- Add yogurt starter or 6 oz. yogurt from prior batch.
- Add to yogurt maker.
- Wait 24 hrs.
